Due to the custom and deeply personal nature of memorial jewelry, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if materials have not yet been prepared.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help make it right.
